What Happens When You Call

We start by listening. Tell us what you have noticed, such as a stain on the ceiling, loose tiles or gutters that overflow, and we will ask a few questions about the roof's age and material. Then we agree on a time to visit. On site we check the surface, the flashing and the edges, photograph each problem area and go over the pictures with you before any numbers come up.

Afterward you get a free written estimate. Where repair and replacement are both reasonable, we lay out what each costs now and how long each should last, so the choice still makes sense ten years from now. If an insurance claim is involved, we work directly with your claim. Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval, and we offer service in English and Spanish.
