We are a roofing company that looks past the day of installation. Before we recommend anything, we walk your roof, explain what we found and show how each option compares in cost, expected lifespan and the upkeep it will ask of you later.
Why We Price a Roof Over Its Whole Life
A roof bid is easy to compare on one line: the total. What that line hides is how long the roof will last, how often it will need attention and what it costs when a cheaper detail fails early. We built our company around showing you that second half of the picture.
In practice that means our free written estimates break the work into parts. You see the underlayment, the flashing at walls and chimneys, the ventilation and the roofing material itself, each listed on its own. If one choice costs more now but lasts years longer or needs less care, we say so plainly. If the less expensive option is the sensible one for your home, we say that too.
Sometimes the answer is not a new roof at all. A well-built roof with a few failed flashings or cracked tiles often has plenty of life left, and a careful roof repair is the better use of your money. We would rather give you that answer and earn your call years from now.
How We Work on Your Home

An inspection before an opinion
We start with a free inspection of the roof surface, the edges, the penetrations and, where we can reach it, the attic. You get photos of what we saw, so you can judge the condition yourself instead of taking our word for it.

Materials matched to the house
Tile, asphalt shingle and flat roofing each age differently. Many homes here were built in the decades after the war, and their framing, pitch and existing material shape what will hold up best. We explain those trade-offs before you choose.

Care during the work
We cover plantings, keep walkways clear and sweep for nails at the end of each day. Ladders come down and debris goes out, so your home stays livable while the job is underway.

Help with the money side
Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval. When a claim is involved, we work directly with your insurance claim and explain each step, while the adjuster makes the coverage decisions. Se Habla Español, and we offer service in English and Spanish.
